Shipping and Returns Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY-If you place an order in error please contact me and I will see what I can do about refunding you. If the order has already started being made there potentially be a small restocking fee. **IF THE ORDER INCLUDES CUSTOMIZATION OR PERSONALIZED THEN IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED AS I CAN NOT RESELL THIS ITEM AND HAVE HAD TO ALREADY INVEST EXTRA TIME AND EFFORT INTO YOUR ITEM. WITH CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ITEMS I DO SEND SEVERAL PHOTOS AND STAY IN CLOSE CONTACT THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS TO AVOID THESE ISSUES.

SHIPPING POLICY-I am a one woman show (with some occasional help from my husband). I try to ship orders as quickly as possible. All items are shipped First Class USPS method, unless you email to request otherwise (you will also be responsible for paying the cost difference). *All items will be shipped within 1-4 business days from Indiana. 🙂

RETURNS AND REFUNDS-I will gladly accept returns up to 7 days after you receive your item. All items must be still new and not worn in order to be eligible for return. You will be responsible for reaching out via email and paying for shipping back of the item. Once the item is received back in the original condition the refund will be processed.
